DELIVERY SERVICES

We use the services of Royal Mail, UK Mail, TNT, DX Freight & Yodel for deliveries to your door. Parcel tracking services are available.

Pre-Ordering

All pre-order items are ordered directly from the manufacturing warehouse, if UK stock is available we will receive your order within 3 working days. If UK stock is not available there may be an additional delay however we will contact you to advise if this is the case.

MISSED A DELIVERY?

If no-one is present at the address, the delivery company will leave a customer contact card (this is for signed for and tracked services only) to inform you.

DISPATCH PERIODS/Handling Times

All items are dispatched Monday to Friday (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS). Most “In Stock” items are held at our central location and we aim to dispatch these within 1-2 working days, however a few items are held at other locations and may take up to 2 working days to dispatch. If an item is deemed as “Pre-Order or Backorder” we aim to dispatch these within 2-4 working days unless the part has to arrive via Europe which we will advise you of.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the country it needs to be delivered to. Shipping costs will be calculated and show upon check-out when ordering online.

Courier Deliveries take place Mon-Fri between 08:00 – 19:00

PARTS WE DO NOT DELIVER

The delivery companies we use do not carry acid filled batteries as they are deemed hazardous materials. The same goes for airbags, seatbelt pretensioners and aerosols. Hazardous items are only available for Click & Collect.
