Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Here at Vospers we have 14 days returns policy for all un-used items unless pre-advised.

In order to be eligible for a return please ensure the product is un-used and in the same condition that you received it including the original manufacturer packaging.

When returning an item please include your name, address, invoice number and reason for return inside the package so our team can process this for you.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please contact our sales team on online@vospersparts.com who will be able to help with this to ensure an easy and efficient process.

Exchanging an item due to an error on our side – Vospers will be liable for the cost of postages for returning the wrong item and for re-posting the correct item.

Exchanging an item due to customer choice or customer ordering error – Vospers will not be liable for any postage costs, for returning the wrong item and re-posting the correct item. If a refund is due, the initial postage cost will not be refunded in this case.

Vospers will only cover the cost of postage and return postage if we have made an error with your order.

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method that has been used when the order has been placed.

We are aiming to process the refunds the same day we receive your item. However, this is not always possible due to busy periods, and due to internal procedures – when an item is marked by the delivery company as “Delivered”, this may mean that the item is on our premises, but not yet physically with our Team.
